1. Who we are

Vyntr8 is an independent art studio based in Portugal. This policy explains how we handle personal information through vyntr8.pt and through the Vyntr8 Pinterest integration. For privacy questions or requests, contact studio@vyntr8.pt.

2. Information we collect

This public website has no account registration, contact form or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, to deliver and secure the website.

If you connect a Pinterest account to the Vyntr8 integration, we may process the information made available through the permissions you approve, such as your Pinterest account identifier, profile information, Boards, Pins and related performance data. We also process OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection. We never receive your Pinterest password.

3. How we use information

We use information only to operate and secure the website; authenticate an authorised Pinterest connection; create, read, update or manage Vyntr8 Pins and Boards; review content performance; diagnose errors; and comply with legal obligations. We request only the Pinterest permissions needed for these purposes.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you authorise a Pinterest connection, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw authorisation at any time by disconnecting the app in Pinterest or contacting us.

5. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Pinterest as the platform provider, by our website or infrastructure providers, and by professional advisers or authorities when legally required. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and privacy terms.

6. Retention and security

We retain technical logs only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operation. Pinterest tokens and related account data are kept only while the integration is active or as needed for the stated purposes, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

8. Data deletion

To disconnect Pinterest, revoke Vyntr8 in your Pinterest account settings. To request deletion of information held by Vyntr8, email studio@vyntr8.pt with the subject “Data deletion request”. We may ask for limited information to verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Children

The website and integration are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
